Application for Certified School of Improved Performance with IndiStar (CSIP-I) 2014


   1. Download the CSIP-I Application Form.
    2. Pay the $1500 application fee by clicking the "register" button.
3. Fill out the application form.
4. Submit your application to our credentials mailbox, certifications@tifpi.org.
