practitioners interested in exploring proven Human Performance Improvement practices used across all sectors which increase fidelity of implementation and sustainability
Objectives:
Explore Human Performance Improvement standards and practices to determine how to use these proven approaches to more effectively facilitate school improvement and increase fidelity of implementation and sustainability.
Education Practitioners are faced with rising expectations and changing conditions including new accountability systems, curriculum, assessments, and performance management requirements. These complex changes will require skills not commonly taught to educators that are used by performance improvement practitioners in all other sectors. This one-hour webinar introduces improvement practitioners, university faculty, education leaders, and policy makers to the time-tested practices of Human Performance Improvement (HPI). Find out how these methods are successfully applied across all sectors to find the right solutions, implement them with fidelity and achieve sustainable results. Learn how the Certified School Improvement Specialist (CSIS) standards help educators apply HPI in education.
