High Performing Leader Community of Practice 

Oconee County  High School (GA) 10-11am Eastern

This event is for you is you are a: 

  • High Performing School Superintendent
  • Associate Superintendents 
  • Principals 
seeking to more effectively implement required interventions such such such as teacher and leader evaluations, assessments and accountability systems and sustain improvement.

High Performing District Leaders will join together in a Community of Practice to learn best practices for implementing complex interventions and sustaining improvement. Leaders will share the lessons they are learning and collaborate to reduce their respective district’s time to proficiency in implementing teacher and leader evaluations, CCR strategies, new assessments and other performance interventions. The first session will be held at Oconee County High School. Monthly two-hour sessions will be conducted by web conference from 3:30 to 5:30. The final session will be held live in June at Oconee County High School.
