The Fundamentals of Performance Improvement Consulting: A Certificate Program

Virtual -- 4 part series with 4 hour each day Dec 2,3, 9 and 10 (12-4pm Central) 

Description: The program introduces the basic concepts of human performance improvement. The concepts are documented in thePerformance Consultant’s Field Book: Tools and Techniques for Improving People and Organizations, 2nd edition (Jossey Bass, 2007). Attendees will receive either a copy of the book or an eBook version in addition to a workbook.  A certificate of completion will also be provided.

Details: The workshop describes the work required for systemic analysis, intervention design, sustaining change, and measuring results. It builds capacity in two interdependent processes: performance improvement and the consultative process. Another workshop The Profession of Consulting builds capacity in branding and positioning for both internal and external consultants. In addition to a copy of the book Performance Consultant’s Field book (softcopy or eBook), participants will get a workbook full of tools to help them transition into this exciting new role (a $45 value).
