This course guides participants through the HPI process helping them to focus on results through a systemic approach to defining and solving complex problems.

  • Analyze performance factors in the market place, work place, work and workers that impact performance and results.
  • Perform in the three key domains of successful performance improvement practitioners.
  • Shift between “facilitator” and “subject matter expert” roles as needed.
  • Manage and monitor adoption of solutions for fidelity of implementation.
  • Lay the ground work for sustainability.
  • Assess readiness for certification as a Certified School Improvement Specialist (CSIS).
