Judith Hale, Ph.D., CPT and Deb Page, CPT founders of the Institute for Performance Improvement (TIfPI) explain the mission and goals of the organization.
Details: The goals of the Institute are to: 1) establish an international network of high performing professionals and 2) offer members an opportunity to join a community of practice (CoP) whose collective efforts are to facilitate and influence systemic and sustainable improvement in education and the workplace. The Education CoP is focused on building the capacity of school improvement specialists, principals, assistant superintendents, and superintendents in the process of improving the performance of teachers, principals, and administrative staff. The all sectors CoP is focused on building capacity in performance improvement specialists, trainers, internal and external consultants, and managers. Both CoPs are developing workshops that teach the skills essential for sustainable improvement in education and in he workplace.
Who or What is The Institute (TIfPI)? The Institute (TIfPI) is registered in the State of Illinois as a L3C organization. A L3C organization combines the benefits of an Limited Liability Company (LLC) with a 501 (c ) (3), not-for-profit organization.
