This session looks specifically at assessing clients' readiness for change.  Readiness requires both competence and maturity.

  • Competence is about ability - the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed for change.
  • Maturity is about having the discipline to apply effective methods consistently—the degree to which processes, behaviors, and decision-making are well-established, repeatable, and continuously improved.

People who are highly competent but lack maturity may succeed with one change initiative, but not consistently.

People who are mature but lack competence risk using outdated or ineffective methods and processes.

During the session you will be shown a weighted checklist that assesses clients' readiness for change using the 8 characteristics of competence and maturity.

So, please click the link above and join Judy in exploring how the power of applying proven methods can help us guide clients through important change initiatives.   Note: you must register through Training Magazine Network, not Hale Associates.
