In May I will continue with the technology of inquiry (systematic process and digital tools) when developing questions. However, the focus is on creating questions designed to breakdown barriers, help people move past biases, and encourage innovation. Also, I'll demonstrate how to leverage AI. Recall not all questions are equal, it takes more that an ? at the end to get the reaction you want. For example, questions can uncover distinguishing factors, cause reflection, induce doubt, cause dissonance, engender commitment, surface assumptions, facilitate problem solving, foster inclusiveness or exclusive, encourage visioning and creativity, and when used with AI, they can do even more.
