This 12-hour online workshop is delivered in three 4-hour segments that occur on three consecutive Mondays starting on Monday Sept 30th at 4:30PM central time.   There are optional personal coaching sessions.   The sessions are scheduled from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM central time.

$495; $395 for ISPI Members ($100 savings); $355 for Hale Center Members ($150 savings)

Your Presenters

Judith Hale, Ph.D., CPT, CFT, AIM, and ibstpi Fellow is one of the more prolific writers and well-known consultants in the field of performance improvement and credentialing.  Judy has worked in the public and private sectors across all industries for 50 years specializing in performance improvement, certification, evaluation, and sustaining change. 

Nancy Crain Burns, Ph.D., CPT. PMP, CAEL, and past-president of ISPI has more than 35 years' experience in the corporate world.  Her firm, Crain Burns Associates, has been helping clients define their mission and market position for more than 15 years.
