This year's Wednesday with Judy series will focus on the communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills required to be an effective consultant at the Organizational, Team, and Individual levels.  The March session is a dialogue with Thom Powell about the DCID model for effective teams.  Direction (shared purpose and strong commitment), Collaboration (open communication, respect, and trust), Innovation (established processes and balanced involvement), and Development (mutual support and continuous learning).  Join the conversation and learn more about this important model and how to achieve team excellence.
