This year's Wednesday with Judy series will focus on the communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills required to be an effective consultant at the Organizational, Team, and Individual levels. The January session will also introduce the DCIDE framework of Direction, Collaboration, Innovation, and Development.
Specifically, each Wednesday will examine one skill set and demonstrate how it applies to the different levels. So, please join Judy and help create a common or universal model for performance excellence. You will receive a zoom link upon registration.
