Integrity + Innovation
Aug 16th, Noon Central, 60 minutes
This year's Wednesday with Judy series builds on the theme of consulting. Specifically, each Wednesday examines one of the 10 human performance improvement standards. The August topic shifts the discussion to solution design. The discussion will explore the importance of developing a suite of solutions including how they will be implemented, how the adoption of new behaviors will be tracked, and how results or impact will be evaluated. The outputs of this step are a set integrated solutions that consider better access to relevant accurate information, appropriate consequences and rewards, redesigning work processes to eliminate waste and redundancy, fostering a healthy workplace culture, updating the physical workplace and infrastructures, talent management, and building competence. Judy will offer tips on how to leverage the research on the elements of design. She will offer a job aid and set of guidelines designed to make this step cost feasible. The intent of the Wednesday series is to build a common framework that we can share with our peers and clients. So, please join Judy and help create a common or universal model for performance excellence. You will receive a zoom link upon registration.
