This workshop walks you through the application process for the ISPI Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) certification, a performance-based credential.  You must demonstrate all ten standards three times to earn the credential.  The application asks you to explain what you did, why, and how to demonstrate your ability to follow the HPT six-step systematic process.  You must also describe how you exemplified the four principles - focus on results, take a systemic view, add value, and collaborate - when applying the systematic process.   

You will receive a self-assessment guide, a copy of the application, the reviewers' scoring rubric, and the standards.   The objectives of the workshop are:

• To explain the required documentation 
• To explain the criteria required to satisfy the standards
• To describe how the certification was created and what it represents

• non-members is $1245.
