This year's Wednesday with Judy series builds on the theme of consulting. Specifically, each Wednesday examines one of the 10 human performance improvement standards. The discussion in June begins with an examination of the 1st step in the systematic process - Determine the Need or Opportunity. The discussion will explore the importance of this work, what it uncovers, and how it lays the ground work for proving the worth or value of what you do. The outputs of this step are the performance gap and leading indicators that enable you and your client to measure if the solution set is effective. Judy will offer tips on how to leverage the research on the most common causes of underperformance. She will offer a job aid and set of guidelines designed to make this step cost feasible. The intent of the Wednesday series is to build a common framework that we can share with our peers and clients.
