This year's Wednesday with Judy series builds on the theme of consulting. Specifically, each Wednesday examines one of the 10 human performance improvement standards. The discussion in February is about the 2nd of the four principles - Take a Systemic View. The discussion will explain and differentiate systemic, systematic, and systems. Judy also shows how taking a systemic view uncovers the information needed to sustain change and help you differentiate yourself in the marketplace. The intent of the Wednesday series is to build a common framework that we can share with our peers and clients.
