HOw to do Item Analyses & Measure tests' equivalency

75 Minutes - May 25th, 1:00 PM CDT

This webinar walks you through the steps required to confirm your items are performing as expected.  It also walks you through the process of comparing multiple test forms to determine if they are measuring the same content at the same level of difficulty.

This topic is part of the "how-to" testing and psychometric mini-series.  Other topics in the testing series are test design basics, and how to decide what to test, develop multiple-choice questions, develop performance tests, and develop checklists and rubrics.  Other topics in the psychometric series are psychometric basics, and how to control error, set standards, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.

Objectives:  You will be able to follow a set of guidelines to:

  1. Identify under-performing items
  2. Compare items in multiple tests to confirm they are or are not measuring the same content at the same level of difficulty
Materials:  Workbook with job aids and a QC guide

Cost:  $69, discounts are available to ISPI and Hale Center Professional Members.  Please contact Judy@HaleCenter.org if you want to find out how to arrange for an in-house program.
