During this session Max Cropper will introduce you to his 5-Star instructional design model that incorporates best practices.   His 5-Star instruction is based on M. David Merrill’s First Principles of Instruction, that will help you achieve world-class performance, productivity, and profitability.   Max also offers a 10 week program that will teach you how to design and develop effective instructional solutions.   Join us for this overview.
