This webinar walks you through the steps required to confirm your items are performing as expected.  It shows you how to evaluate the effectiveness of questions and distractors (answer choices).   

This topic is part of the "how-to" testing and psychometric mini-series.  Other topics in the testing series are test design basics, and how to decide what to test, develop multiple-choice questions, develop performance tests, and develop checklists and rubrics.  Other topics in the psychometric series are psychometric basics, and how to control error, set standards, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
