The Center continues with its series of stories showing the impact of performance improvement when applied to real situations.  This month's story is about how PI was applied to help a community college align its curriculum to better address incoming student's level of preparedness.  At the same time it was applied to help a university align its curriculum so graduates were better prepared for employment.  Hear Dawn Snyder's story of how she applied Performance Improvement principles and practices.
