This one-day virtual workshop covers the basics for creating and managing a certification program. You will go through a 12-step process beginning with defining the need, target audience, and success metrics and ending with measuring and reporting results. The workshop materials include 12 job aids that you can modify to meet your requirements. The aids, templates, guidelines, and checklists, include the business case, governance, administration, ethics, and maintenance. The workshop is based on the award winning book Performance-Based Certification: how to build a valid, defensible, cost-effective program, written by Judith Hale and published by Wiley.
You will learn:
