Performance Improvement in Action

The Center continues with its series of stories showing the impact of performance improvement when applied to real situations.  This month's story is about how PI was applied to help the Museum of Science and Industry increase attendance to some of its exhibits.  Listen to Veronika Shestakova's story how she applied PI to satisfy teachers' requirements, engage students, and increase attendance.  The exhibit is now part of a popular traveling exhibit.

Veronika, is a practice leader at Hale Associates, providing research and psychometric services to clients.  She was graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a BS in finance with a focus on risk analysis.  She was awarded the CPT in 2020.   Her article on a Vaccine for the Economy will appear in the July/August issue of the Performance Improvement Journal.

Register now and you will receive a meeting invitation with your confirmation.  You will be able to log on 15 minutes early to check your connection.
