Wednesday with judy

cognitive dissonance

6th in the Technology Series

June 18th, Noon Central, 60 minutes

This session continues the discussion on the 7 different methods of creating cognitive dissonance to breakdown barriers, help people move past biases, and encourage innovation.  Also, the guidelines demonstrate the queries used with AI to create questions and statements.  Recall not all questions are equal, it takes more that an ? at the end to get the reaction you want.  For example, questions can uncover distinguishing factors, cause reflection, induce doubt, cause dissonance, engender commitment, surface assumptions, facilitate problem solving, foster inclusiveness or exclusive, encourage visioning and creativity, and when used with AI, they can do even more.

This year's Wednesday with Judy series is about the power of technology, specifically when you combine Systematic Processes with Generative AI.  AI is only a tool, but when asked to augment the disciplines of discovery, analytics, influence, learning, and evaluation, it opens us to a whole new world.  It can accelerate our output, improve our efficiency, and offer new possibilities.  So, please join Judy in exploring the power of technology in new ways as we create a universal model for performance excellence.  You will receive a zoom link upon registration.
